SILLY STUFF
GOING TO EAT AT CHILI'S!
we have a coupon...... pr. kuupon according to Ron White!
funny cartoons! that is one big camellia bush! We have one that can't seem to get over 3 feet tall and doesn't bloom all that well! Have a great week John!
I don't think camellias grow here - but I'm pretty sure I've had one as an indoor flowering plant - we get them like poinsettias - they flower and then you throw them out. So pretty. I'm jealous. Jealous Jealous Jealous of flowers and spring and warm and all that.
Wow! Your Camellia bush is a lot bigger than ours. But, judging from your bloom (compared to the one I had pictured yesterday), they are a different variety. Maybe that accounts for the size difference. My MIL gave us ours when our daughter was born 23 years ago. She gave us crepemyrtles when our son was born!
Jeannie- Plus it was actually HOT here today--you won't be jealous of us in August!!!

Kelly,
I LOVE it when you know the history of the Plants/Flowers. That makes then soooo special! This is actually one of the prettier ones I've seen on this bush. I didn't really think about the different varieties--Good Call!
