SWEET SWEET STORY!!!!!!

Rare sighting of a SC Tree Cat. These felines are kin to the Big Serinspaghetti Plains cats and sleep 27 hours a day in trees.

SWEET SCHOOL CLASS!

Just when you have lost faith in human kindness, someone who teaches at Kean Elementary in Wooster, Ohio forwarded the following letter.

The letter was sent to the Principal's office after the school had sponsored a luncheon for the elderly. An old lady received a new radio at the lunch as a door prize and was writing to say thank you. This story is a credit to all humankind. Forward to anyone you know who might need a lift today.

Dear Kean Elementary:

God bless you for the beautiful radio I won at your recent senior citizens luncheon. I am 84 years old and live at the Sprenger Home for the Aged.
All of my family has passed away. I am all alone now and it's nice to know that someone is thinking of me. God bless you for your kindness to an old forgotten lady.

My roommate is 95 and has always had her own radio, but before I received one, she would never let me listen to hers, even when she was napping.

The other day her radio fell off the nightstand and broke into a lot of pieces. It was awful and she was in tears.

Her distress over the broken radio touched me and I knew this was God's way of answering my prayers.

She asked if she could listen to mine, and I told her to kiss my ass.

Thank you for that opportunity.

Sincerely,

Agnes Baker

HARD TIMES? WHERE'S GOD?

A Coworker said she heard this from a Preacher the other day and I'm paraphrasing.

A NATION SUFFERS WHERE GOD'S NAME IS NOT RESPECTED!

How long has it taken since we took Prayer out of schools, County and City Council Meetings, the Ten Commandments out of Courtrooms and Public Places? How long since this Economical Slide downwards began. Enron? Madeoff?(sp). AIG. The Dow. The Euro. How long have we in the United States defamed and failed to give God the Proper respect His name deserves?

Coincidence?

I believe in Separation of Church and State. I wrote a Paper on it. But are we even respecting God's name in our Churches. I dare say there are some He may not even visit because of our iniquity. Yes we have a dual nature, but we are to put to death the earthly and nourish the Spiritual. In whatever way or whatever Deity you believe in, is it FIRST place in your life?

HOW LONG BEFORE WE WAKE UP AND REPENT? OR WILL IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE?

I'M JUST SAYIN'..................

FOOD FOR THOUGHT- OR BETTER YET- PRAYER!

AS FOR ME AND MY HOUSE- WE WILL SERVE THE LORD. THE GOD OF ISRAEL.
FATHER OF JESUS CHRIST WHO WON OUR FREEDOM FROM SINFUL DEATH BY DYING FOR US ON THE CROSS. PREACHY----YES.......BUT IT'S MY BLOG!

MUST READ!!!!! ELEPHANT!!!!!

In 1986, Peter Davies was on holiday in Kenya after graduating from Northwestern University ..

On a hike through the bush, he came across a young bull elephant standing with one leg raised in the air. The elephant seemed distressed, so Peter approached it very carefully.

He got down on one knee, inspected the elephants foot, and found a large piece of wood deeply embedded in it. As carefully and as gently as he could, Peter worked the wood out with his knife, after which the elephant gingerly put down its foot. The elephant turned to face the man, and with a rather curious look on its face, stared at him for several tense moments. Peter stood frozen, thinking of nothing else but being trampled. Eventually the elephant trumpeted loudly, turned, and walked away. Peter never forgot that elephant or the events of that day.

Twenty years later, Peter was walking through the Chicago Zoo with his teenaged son. As they approached the elephant enclosure, one of the creatures turned and walked over to near where Peter and his son Cameron were standing. The large bull elephant stared at Peter, lifted its front foot off the ground, then put it down. The elephant did that several times then trumpeted loudly, all the while staring at the man.

Remembering the encounter in 1986, Peter could not help wondering if this was the same elephant. Peter summoned up his courage, climbed over the railing, and made his way into the enclosure. He walked right up to the elephant and stared back in wonder. The elephant trumpeted again, wrapped its trunk around one of Peter legs and slammed him against the railing, killing him instantly..

Probably wasn't the same elephant.
