Most of you know I recently had a run-in with a giant Spider- He's NOT there anymore. I don't know where he went!!!. No pics I promise....

Don't quote me, but I think the green (sometimes brown, depending on his mood) fellow is an anole. Son #1 would know for sure but he's sleeping (or is supposed to be). We have a lot of them in my garden right now. 'Tis the season.

BTW, I realize you're not Catholic, but our Gospel reading for Thursday is Matt 13:10-17. Still not very sunny stuff (Jesus explains why he speaks in parables), but it ends on a more encouraging note that the readings you posted a couple of days ago.
