I tried to put it off, but after the fishing trip my FEETS be swole up! My ring was a little tight on my hands, and I noticed my shoes felt tight.
Shure enough I have some moderate swelling in both Ankles, and hands, along with some Shortness of Breath. I'm not overly concerned but say a little prayer for me as I figured discretion is the better part of valor.
The problem of being in medicine so long is you know just enough to KILL YOURSELF!! LOL!
I know he's gonna ask me about SALT!
I get to tell him I was in about a MILLION TRILLION GALLONS of in on my fishing trip- and ask him if he thinks that caused the swelling!
HA!
Will post tomorrow, and catch up with everyone.
Love ya'll,
JMc
I DID IT ON PORPOISE!

WILD HORSES ON CUMBERLAND ISLAND!
COULDN'T DRAG ME AWAY!!!!!!
Update: from Doctor, clean bill of health: nothing but a little fluid!!!!!
CHECK OUT THIS HOG I CAUGHT ON A TRAILER ON MY WAY TO GEORGIA!
Almost ran off the road getting it! Took it out my winder at 85!!!
My only question--Why was the Bike on the trailer and they in the truck, on such a Beatimous Day for a ride????
C'mon ! Tell the truth ! You got a Hammerhead tooth stuck in your Johnson, didn't you ?!??
ReplyDeleteHey, loved your photo's, especially the sunbeam that you so wanted to capture! Have you had a look at my new one...it looks like some UFO in the sky! I don't have a clue what that "Bubble" thing is, but the sky was so clear, and there wasn't any clouds around at the time!
ReplyDeleteYes, get yourself off to see the Doc!
With you already having had a heart attack, you should get yourself checked over.
Salt raises your blood pressure and can cause your feet, ankles and fingers to swell, and more importantly if you are short of breath.
You take care of yourself!
I'll talk to you soon, just to check that you are O.K.
VBHFATP!
Good shot of the porpoise--somewhere in my blog there are photos or porpoises surfing and also horses along Shackerford Banks (southeast of Cape Lookout). I hope you're Doctor's visit is okay and all is well.
ReplyDeleteHeff,
ReplyDeleteLike Roy Scheider said in Jaws, "We're going to need a bigger boat!" LOL. Or like my wife said, "I'm going to need a smaller Johnson!" :-)
How did you know!!!!
By the way--All is well!!!
Thanks Bro,
J
Alice,
A Great report--NOT-I repeat-NOT CHF- Thank you Lord! That was all I was worried about and all he gave me was a fluid pill. Guess I'll need to get a laptop so I can Blog and Tinkle at the same time!
I feel so much better knowing that it's not Congestive Heart Failure and just a little fluid retention. Probably from standing in that boat for 9-10 hours- when I wasn't used to it!
I figured you'd like the Horses, they run wild on that Island, with no care whatsoever! It was cool to get back and see that one BIG light shining down at the mailbox!! LOL.
I love the little circle at the top--that is sooo cool!!!
Great shot!
VBHFATP,
John
Sage,
ReplyDeleteThanks Bro-- It sure sounds like we have experienced a lot of the same things doesn't it! I still want to go to the Outer Banks...I caught 2 Blues' (less than a Lb.)--very small, but I would love to see those bad boys in a feeding frenzy! Maybe you could guide me one long weekend!!!
I'll being the BBQ---LOL!!!!!
Thanks Buddy!
J
Why are harleys like dogs?
ReplyDeleteThey love to ride in the truck!
Glad you are well

On my roadtrip last year I met a father-daughter team that were driving around the country in their van while pulling the motorcycles behind them. They'd set up camp somewhere for a couple of days then head out on the bikes.
ReplyDeleteThat one looks built for roadtrips, though. I'd be on the bike...
Cloudia,
ReplyDeleteLmbo!! That is too funny! But blow in their mirror and they get mad at you! !
J
Jen-- That's cool--Memories for a team like that---that's what I couldn't understand with the weather so beautiful-unless they were heading to a base camp! But it has the saddlebags plus the trunk!
J
I swell up too sometimes. I figure it's old age - the body doesn't work like it used to.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got in and had that checked out, John. Relieved it sounds OK.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos. You really have a talent for taking some beautiful pictures.
Pleased to hear that everything is well, health wise.
ReplyDeleteYou had me worried there for a while, but I know that you are a tough old boot!
I'll have to write to you soon, I've been busy helping out a friend with a bit of a crisis, but hopefully, everything is sorted out now.
Yes, I loved the horses! Thank you!
We have some wild horses not far from where I live, but there is now security guards around because people were stealing them!
They are far better in their natural environment and have been here for hundreds of years.
You take care of yourself!
