I used to fish a lot, now not so much...love to eat it. We call that a speckled bass- good eating when weather is still cold, and fish are firm..
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!! And the crappie bring back memories of my dad and fishing with him on the Sandusky River. You had a great trip!!!!
ReplyDeleteBD,
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I've gotten my lazy butt off the couch in a while. It felt really great to be out again. As a matter of fact we are going again Monday- then I'm going Salt Water Fishing for Red Fish this next weekend!
We called them "Specks" for Speckled Perch in Fla. I had to really get used to Crappie- LOL! They are full of Roe and very solid as the water temp is still in the Low 70's!!!
Kay,
How cool you got to fish with your Dad! Those are some special times. Gee, I miss mine! He is trolling in Heaven for whatever the Catch of the Day is!!! LOL--Probably- Sinner Fish! aka- People! :-)

cris,
Young lady--I couldn't afford the taxes on the Pontoon Boat parked in the Yard! I only wish I had even a LOT- just to pitch a tent up there. You should see, the view up and down the entire chain! It's awesome!!!!
