ON YOUR MARK, SET----GO!

--ON YOUR MARK, GET SET--

BANG!

WHOOPS:  FALSE START IN LANE 3, 4 AND 6...BACK TO THE START!

Wouldn't it be nice to get a do over every time we made a false start? Or someone else MADE you jump offside?  My trouble is making a START at all!!!

Don't forget--you can start over each and every time you fail, or perceive, that you haven't done your best.

Start by forgiving others, and you'll be surprised at how willing people are to forgive mistakes!

As we start house hunting--(What size gun do you use to hunt a house?) please pray we can take advantage of the Market--not of a person--they have probably already taken a bath from all the BAILOUTS, and get a house at a great price. Our first house was built in 1984 at 14% !!!!!! That was prime at that time! We refinanced over the years and finally had it at 7% and lost it!
So we know what it's like.

For once- we are in the drivers seat in a potentially great buyers market!!

Don't forget this week! Take a Vagabond Good Friend to lunch and talk about positive things! Count your blessings together, I'm sure you can think of something!! It may be that that friend paid for your lunch!!!

Going to Dr. Today-- NO ILY--Not that kind of exam--You DO KNOW you can wear clothes right? LOL.
If you stripped for a Chest X-ray I can only----NEVER MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!

and remember..there are only 3 things you need to succeed in Life:
DON'T LOOK AT ME! IT'S YOUR RACE!

1. a Wishbone
2. a Backbone
3. a Funny bone!

  2. I always thought it would be cool if we could 'save game' in life, try something, and if it didn't work out, go back to the saved game!

  4. Don't sweat it, if someone is forced to sell their house it's because the bank has already had their way with them and there is nothing left to squeeze out of them.

You're doing them a favor John if you get them out from under a crushing secured debt.

Just remember to stick it dry and hard to the bank, there is a nationwide average of 12.5 months worth of housing inventory sitting on bankers books and they are all a toxic asset to them so be a hero and stick it to them.

  5. Good Luck in your house hunting!
You can pick up some quite good "Fixer-Uppers" at unbelievable prices, even in England. It depends on what you are looking for though.

No, I don't think you need to take a gun...but a slick tongue is what you need! These Real Estate agents can talk the socks of you!

  8. House Hunting is a job, Tim and Elisa just found one and hopefully will be closing within the week, it is a good time to be looking and because you buy it doesn't mean you are taking advantage of anything other than a good deal.

Wishbone, backbone, funnybone--how true my Friend
