Cccold, New Heater Sucks, Cccold , But Blessed

Cccold, New Heater Sucks, Cccold , But Blessed!

it' going to be 19 tonight with wind chill about 12-15. Actual record with no wind chill is 15! Don't think we will hit that but we did by a supplemental heater to save on the Propane!

NEW I-PAD IS FROZEN!!!!

It is a Non-fan- Radiant heat Pelonis heater, AND I SHOULD HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH!!!!! and it doesn't put out 1/2 the heart that our same type Sunbeam does!

It has the same rated BTU's--so what's up? One was $60.00 bought last year- The Sunbeam at Tarjey STORE, IS AWESOME and this was bought for 30.00 at Wally World! We also have two Loud as hell Ceramic heaters which are great but loud!

Anyway-we are so blessed to have a house no matter how uninsulated, and beds, bed warmers, heaters, propane heat, 2 cats and a dog!

So what am I complaining about?

My arse is still cold, and it isn't going to get out of the mid 40's tomorrow with 15 mph winds, and 19 tomorrow night, low 40's Wed and 23 after that!

God thank you for a house and beds and sheets and &
heats! I'm turning the Propane up! We didn't want to use it as we were going to get the money back from it when we moved!

TIME TO USE IT!!!!!

I NEED TO WATER THE  PLANTS!!!!

OR MAYBE REALLY SPRAY EM!!!!!

GOD YOU ARE STILL AWESOME

I LOVE YOU!!!!!

CAN WE HUDDLE UP????  ANYONE???????//

  1. Something tells me you are cold? :D

It's freezing here in the UK too, and I'm grateful to have a roof over my head and a warm house. Mind you I'm not looking forward to the next bill from the electricity board!

  2. Just open your mouth, John. I think you're full of enough hot air to heat an entire home.

    Lolz....

  3. We are absolutely freezing here too! (One of the downfalls of living in the U.K.!)
Pleased to read that you are doing fine, although a bit on the cold side!
Still here, but not blogging for a bit. I will be back though....some big changes are afoot! Maybe a slightly different "Alice", but hey, that's the way things go.
People want to play dirty and threaten, then they are going to get it back.

  5. When I was 16, my family decided to use a friend's cabin at the beach for a few days in December. It had snowed and the snow went all the way to the tide line. My mother was smart enough to stay in town, but my dad took me, my best friend, and my 11 year old brother out to the coast to the cabin. No heat, no insulation to speak of -- only a woodburning fireplace for heat. No inside bathroom -- just a privy closet out back, down some steep ice covered stairs. Cheri and I were sharing a double bed in the corner of the main floor -- Dad and Norm were in sleeping bags on the beds in the loft. It was so cold that the sheets and blankets felt wet, so we'd take them off, warm them up in front of the fire, then remake the bed. By the time we hopped in, everything was freezing again. Thank God we only stayed one night instead of several like Dad had planned.
