VEGAN LAB

VEGAN LAB

MY LAB HOPE HAS TURNED VEGAN ON ME. SHE EATS THE NEW GRAPE LEAVES THAT ARE YOUNG AND TENDER RIGHT OFF THE VINE. PICTURED IS IVY---OK SO I TOOK SOME ARTISTIC LICENSE....BUT YOU GET THE PICTURE!

THIS IS THE ONLY DOG I HAVE EVER HAD THAT CANNOT EAT BEEF. ONE TINY SLIVER OF STEAK OR HAMBURGER AND SHE'S YACKING IN THE CORNER AND UP EVERYTHING COMES.

I DON'T KNOW WHY WHEN SHE RETURNS TO EAT HER PUKE, THAT STAYS DOWN??? WHY DOESN'T IT MAKE HER SICK AGAIN--IT SURELY DOES ME? I RARELY GIVE HER TABLE SCRAPS AT ALL; SHE IS 11, VERY ACTIVE AND HEALTHY.

 STAND- IN GRAPE LEAVES

 RED ROBIN.....YUMMMMMMM!

 I CAN REACH IT!

 WHAT WAS THAT? AN HERBIVORE?????

OHH, OHHH, THIS ONE IS EXCELLENT!!!

LAST ONE I CAN REACH, AN ALMOST EMPTY VINE!

THERE ONCE WAS A LAB NAMED HOPE
SHE DOESN'T DRINK, DIP, OR DO DOPE
BUT ONE THING THAT PLEASED HER
WAS GRAPE SALAD CAESAR
AND A BIG OL STOGIE TO SMOKE!

HEY, WHAT DO YOU WANT-- IT'S FREE?

LOVE TO ALL- FALL IS A BALL

#5 GA VS #6 SC,  SATURDAY AT THE BRICE!
A GREAT GAME FOR SURE! GAMEDAY WILL BE HERE AND THIS SHOULD BE AN AWESOME WEEKEND FOR REVENUE, PARTAY'S AND SEVERAL UNWANTED PREGNANCIES!

HEY--I'M JUST SAYING
 18-22 Y/O COLLEGE STUDENTS, + HORMONES, + ALCOHOL = WHOOPS!!!!!

IT'S ON ESPN AT 7:00. THE ONLY REASON I GET SO EXCITED ABOUT SC IS THAT'S WHY I LEFT FL. TO COME TO SC ON A FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIP IN 1972.

I SUCKED! BUT I STILL LOVE THE GAME!

  1. Dogs are actually OK as vegetarians (not cats), and boy oh boy, am I glad you didn't post pics of her getting sick!

  2. BTW I meant dogs, not cats, are OK as vegetarians - not that dogs are not OK as cats. But that's probably true also ;)

  3. Our black lab pup in a little over 4 months old. She is especially fond of the walnut shells that the squirrels leave lying around. But she is a baby. She has to taste everything.

Middle--Hiya--YOU have a handful--and a long time of love and devotion. I know it may get trying in the first 3-9 months, but after that you have lifetime LOVE! I have always had a Lab!

  5. Perhaps a little too much information with regard to the yacking - what a great word, not one I've heard used in this context.

    Loved that verse though.

  6. Hope looks so CUTE nibbling through the fence!!

Yacking makes me think of Christmas Vacation with Snots under the table, yacking on a bone. :)

  7. Normal for a dog to eat it's partially digested food. also normal to give a dog antacid to remove (neutralize) some of the bile it is producing which is what makes it throw up in the first place...quit feeding the dog human food and feed it more often kibble during the day.

Both my dogs eat greenery but i think it is the stuff the scented on.

Kelly-- That's exactly where my mind went, when I went to describe it!

Mark-- I agree Bro-- Hope doesn't get scraps from me (I'm blaming the ex!). People food will make them fat, just like our Nation, and cause Liver Failure over time. My Dad had a Beagle that literally could not jump up on the bed after 2-3 years Old due to weight!

Hope also loves Grass, but I told her she had to buy her own!
