I GO TO THE CARDIOLOGIST TODAY FOR A 3 MONTH FOLLOW UP--RIP OFF- AND I'M GOING TO TELL HIM I'M ON THE WAFFLE HOUSE, BOJANGLES & I-HOP DIET PLAN.
I AM TRYING TO GET AS MUCH SATURATED FAT AS I CAN IN ME, AS I HEARD THAT WAS A GOOD DIET PLAN. HE WILL CHARGE ME $300.00 FOR 20 MINUTES AND AN EKG. EKG'S COST 9 CENTS IN PAPER!
HOWEVER, THEY DID SAVE MY LIFE AND I AM FEELING SOOOO MUCH BETTER LATELY.
IT'S GOOD TO BE ALIVE!
WE LOST GABE TO RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF THE BRAIN AT AGE 5!
LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST EVERY DAY! HE DID!!!!!

I'm glad you are doing so much better, John and hope you really aren't on the diet you mention. :)
I have a renewed interest in exercise right now and am will be full on forward with that!

Lynn-- I still am a little bad--but that is the diet that got me my Triple bypass- plus the Genes-- both Mom and Dad at age 50!!! I didn't have a chance.
GO GIRL--hit dat gym and and Cardio--I am walking a mile a day now- and before I couldn't get off the couch!!!!

Sure hope the check-up went well.
Kelly-- The check up was AWESOME!!!! Thanks. Till I went to CHECK OUT, then I about had a Heart Attack at the bill....2 hours late--saw me for 11 minutes and did an EKG and I was charged 289.00!!!!
I am grateful--but man do I miss Health Insurance!
