WHAT EVERY MAN NEEDS!!!!!!

WHAT EVERY MAN NEEDS!!!!!!

A KITCHEN IN HIS LIVING ROOM! TALK ABOUT A TV DINNER! REMODELING THE KITCHEN....WE HAD A HOLE WHERE THE PLASTIC IS DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD FOR A BIT!

THIS WAS CAUSED BY A SLOWLY LEAKING ROOF AND VENT OVER THE STOVE FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS!

WITH ALL THE RE-MODELING I NEVER SAW CINDY CRAWFORD OR HEIDI KLUM!!!

WE WILL GET ALL NEW CABINETS, DRAWERS--(I REALLY NEED SOME)- AND NEW LINOLEUM!
A TRUE TV DINNER- THOSE ARE RIGHT IN FRONT OF TV IN LIVING ROOM

AMAZING WHAT FITS IN A SMALL KITCHEN!!!! EVEN A DOG AND TAIL!

CABINETS AND BACK WALL
HONEY, HAVE YOU SEEN THE EGGS???

 OUTSIDE MAN CAVE!

SMALL PART OF THE DAMAGED AREA--TRUCKLOAD ALREADY HAULED OFF!

LITERALLY- THE MOLD AND MILDEW WE WERE BREATHING ALL THOSE YEARS!!!

COUGH COUGH--THAT'S A LUNG IN THE BAG!

B4--LITERALLY, WHAT I COULD SEE WHERE THE KITCHEN WALL ONCE WAS!

WOULD BE COOL--IT WAS!! IF THERE WERE A WINDOW THERE!!!

AFTER!!!

OUR LANDLORD IS SINKING A LOT OF MONEY INTO MAKING THE PLACE VERY LIVABLE! WE ARE BLESSED!

THE WEATHER WAS IN THE 70'S DURING THE DAY AND HIGH 40'S AT NIGHT! IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER!

LOVE YOU ALL

  2. About time he fixed it up! Must have heard you were looking to move and realized he'd never get anyone else to rent it without the renos anyway.

Glad the day has finally come! Yay!

Jeannie-- I actually don't think it was rent-able--if DEHEC had seen it- it would have been condemned from the mold!

    Thanks gal--HUGS!

Petty-- He is truly an awesome Gentleman- and yes it is refreshing to find good people still amongst us!!

Always glad to see you my new Friend!

Lynn--It was truly a "sick" house like ya see on Discovery Health--it literally made me sick--to finally see what we knew was lurking in the walls!

He is truly a Great Landlord--even he didn't know the extent of the damage--he got ripped off, when he paid a roofer to fix it, and all he did was cover the damage with shingles!!! There was no support holding up our kitchen cabinets, and we had all plates, etc. on our Kitchen table!

Thanks as always for coming by! I really appreciate it!

  7. It's good to clean out your drawers every now and again. Glad you have a great landlord and wife to oversee the process.
